   Hello, dear Nenoteca team!
   Perhaps you remember: the Germans with the 3 girls!
   In beginning of January we were several times in your very nice enoteca to eat (once WITHOUT Reservation = unfortunately had to get up again, but next day we came back WITH reservation) and enjoyed it very much!
   Often I still think about my Carbonara (world class) and the great chicken and beef, sensational!
   The chef and I had talked about the breading, I’ve also tried it at home, not with the right success …
   Would be great if he could give me further describe exactly how he works his meat … the recipe / ingredients of carbonara would interest me, of course, burning!
   We’ll be back.

   Siamo stati due volte in una settimana al N’Enoteca.
   Abbiamo mangiato come “RE”.
   Una cucina autentica italiana e fantastica, vini buonissimi!
   Siamo importatori dei prodotti artigianali italiani in Belgio e sappiamo di che parlare!
   Un indirizzo da ricordare, buona Fortuna Greta e Alessandro!
